awork’s customer service is excellent, and they will do their best to provide support. However, check what support you get on the package you purchase, as you may need to check how they will support you from the package you buy. There is an online chat function and email but try to work through the help centre first as often questions have already been asked and answered.

awork are looking to get you up and running quickly so their onboarding process is very structures, however, it is designed with the idea that the user understands project management already so if you feel like you get lost, check out the help information as that will give you a very good overview of how the system can be set up to work. There are also useful pop-ups that give you a snapshot of what the system can look like to inspire and guide you.
