Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy


You have the right to request a refund of your digital purchase within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you cannot apply for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, please email and explain why you are requesting a refund. Please see below items for further information.


Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the decision. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


You have the right to cancel any services according to the contract terms & conditions issued in your contract, if you choose to work with Blue Ninja. You can find a copy of the Terms & Conditions on the last page of your agreement.

If you have purchased a course you may cancel your course within 7 days and you will be issued a refund of 90% of the course cost, minus administrative fees.

If you purchase an event, you have the right to cancel your event without charge up to 24 hours prior to the event. After that time you will be charged 100% for your booking.

Late or missing refunds

If you have received an approval haven’t received a refund within 30 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items

Only regular priced products may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If you wish to exchange the product for a different item of same or lower value, we are happy to exchange. If you wish to do this, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

If shipping applies to any physical products the following applies. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lage Rijndijk 90F, 2315JX Leiden, The Netherlands.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
