Continuity Through Planning was established in 2021 with the aim of supporting organisations with the development and improvement of their operational resilience capabilities. Providing subject matter experts to support organisations develop robust planning and delivery of resilience programs. Developing training to ensure that there is sufficient embedded knowledge for the business to be able to invoke their plans and respond to any major incident or crisis; while protecting the business and the services they deliver to their customers.

Working in both public and private sectors, in FinTech, Local Government, Online Betting, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Distribution, Travel industry, Insurance and Roadside Breakdown. He was also responsible for the operational resilience programme at Funding Circle form 2017-2019. He is currently working on an Operational Resilience project currently for Flagstone Investment Management, (references can be made available if needed).
